Who will be this year's football pitch champion? That will be revealed at the Bolzplatzcup from June 25 to 27, 2024. For the twelfth time, the City of Rastatt's youth development, school social work and community work west are inviting young people to the soccer tournament on the football pitch in Rastatt's city park.
13 to 16-year-old ball artists and pupils from year 5 to 13 can take part. Teams can register for the soccer tournament until June 14, 2024 at the youth development office or via the municipal school social work. The tournament is supported by the Rastatt referee group.
The Bolzplatzcup takes place on a total of three days for different age groups. On Tuesdays, pupils aged 13 to 16 play, while on Wednesdays and Thursdays, pupils aged 5 to 13 compete against each other. Due to popular demand, there will once again be three match days. The game is played according to the small-sided rules of the German Football Association. The teams consist of four or five outfield players and a maximum of three substitutes. Shin guards are compulsory on all tournament days.
The aim of the tournament is not just to win: Soccer brings people together. By playing soccer, the children and young people of the city can get to know each other better and practice fair play in competition.
