Job content
Educators take on educational or socio-educational activities in pre-school and out-of-school settings. The tasks of educators are education, training and care.
In the daycare centers, they supplement and support parental education. Children from the age of one until they start school are looked after in groups. The social behavior and development of the individual children is encouraged. Taking age-specific development into account, the teachers plan and carry out activities.
