In the daycare centers, they supplement and support parental education. Children from the age of one until they start school are looked after in groups. Trainees under the age of 18 attend the agricultural vocational school in Offenburg alongside their practical training. At the beginning of the apprenticeship, a two-week introductory course takes place at the Mattenhof training center in Gengenbach / Offenburg. In the second and third year of training, all trainees attend vocational school as a state vocational class with two six-week courses per year at the Mattenhof training center.
